We have the latest suite of Garmin fish finding electronics, three graphs, chart plotters, regular 2D, & live view, sonar, & radar. We use Shimano Telora rods & Tekota reels kept full with the best line & terminal tackle. Cannon Tournament Series downriggers pair via blue tooth to our Fish Hawk speed & temperature probe (surface & down troll).

You can expect an immaculately clean boat with the latest in all fishing technology

TIARA is the goto for perfect fishing boats on the Great Lakes. Ours is a 2008 Tiara, open model 3000. Our boat is one of the fastest boat in the Chicago land area for its size. We can reach the fishing grounds faster than most other boats, thereby maximizing fishing time. At 33’ overall length, it is wider than most 3100 models being 12.5’ wide. This all equals a comfortable spacious cockpit to enjoy your day on the water. We take great pride in keeping our boat and equipment in immaculate working order with all new fishing line and misc equipment.

The mechanics & electronics are new or have been brought up to “like new” condition in the last two years. All equipment, including fishing gear, (rods reels, downriggers etc) Electronics, Radar, Fish Finders Graphs and livescope are all new or new within last two years. 2024 is the first year all gear has been used for chartering and/or tours. There is little use or wear and tear on our gear. We scrub down all fishing areas and gear that has come into contact with fish after each trip.

Are you competitive? do you like to fish (a lot) for salmon and trout: This opportunity is to be a part of the Top Dog fishing team. Be there, be in on the action and get plenty of fishing in along the way. Join our team at various fishing tournaments throughout the year. There are 13 tournaments starting in May in  Indiana and continuing thru August in Michigan. These Salmon & Trout fishing tournaments are billed as the “Tournament Trail.” We also run various tournaments out of Illinois and will also be looking to Wisconsin in the future.

NEW THIS YEAR

We have the opportunity to  apply for IGFA (International Game Fish Association) World Records and State fish records. Please speak to Captain Jason prior to your trip if this interests you. There will be an additional charge of $300.00 for IGFA record weighing of fish and applications.
